After living in Chicago and having access to an array of seafood cuisine, Dominique relocated to the Cedar Valley and realized it not only needed, but deserved exposure to a unique seafood experience.
She began working to cultivate recipes encompassing her favorite flavors. After perfecting what is now her “Seafood Butter Sauce,” she sent a text message to friends and family asking if they would like to try Seafood Boil Bags filled with decadent snow crab legs, succulent jumbo shrimp, premium beef sausage, fresh corn-on-the-cob, golden potatoes, and hard-boiled eggs all drenched in Dominique’s delectable Seafood Butter Sauce. She asked them to offer reviews on their Facebook pages and include the hashtag #DominiquesSeafood. They complied and Dominique’s Seafood was birthed!
After just six months, Dominique expanded the offerings to cater to customers private needs including southern seafood favorites like salmon croquettes and dirty rice as well as unique dishes like deep fried salmon filet. She established a relationship with the best seafood distributor in the midwest and discovered locally grown vegetables.
Today, Dominique offers succulent “POP-UP” Seafood Boils through text message alerts. Customer secure their bags by paying and they sell out within minutes! Dominique also caters private and corporate events and offers a lunch menu with minimum order quantities.

As a teenage debutante in the Cotillion Ball when asked her future plans, Dominique stated she would open a gourmet restaurant called “Dominique’s.” Years later and a scenic route that included a dual Bachelors Degree, career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and the role of a Mother and now Fiancee, Dominique is living and loving out her dream offering premium seafood, prepared with love.
